Role & responsibilities As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for potential students looking for admission into Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program. Your role is to provide them with comprehensive information about our program and assist them through the application process. You will need to engage with prospects, answer their queries, and help them make informed decisions regarding their education. • Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce educational programs. • Answer inbound queries related to courses, fees, and enrollment procedures. Provide accurate information to help students make informed enrollment decisions. • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure prospective students have all necessary information. • Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-ups in the CRM / MS-Excel. • Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process. • Stay updated on the latest educational programs and offerings. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree preferred. • 1-3 years work experience in relevant field. • Previous experience in a tele-calling or customer service role, preferably in the education sector. • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu languages. • Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential students.
