Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Administration Assistant to support our branch operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure smooth communication between the head office and branches, and maintain proper documentation and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily operations at the branch office Maintain and update branch-level records, files, and reports Coordinate with the head office regarding inventory, dispatch, and documentation Handle internal communication and follow up on pending tasks Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier Support branch staff with administrative tasks and logistics Prepare basic reports and assist with data entry and office documentation Ensure smooth functioning of branch office infrastructure and office supplies
