Administrative Account Coordinator

As a Revenue Operations Coordinator within our Revenue Operations organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional administrative support to our Revenue Operations and Sales Teams. In this role, you will be the go-to person for customers and sales executives, assisting with customer requests and serving as an internal liaison for cross-departmental communication. Your ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, manage tight deadlines, and multitask will be essential. Demonstrating a strong customer orientation and excellent written communication skills, particularly in email communication, will be key to your success. To excel in this role, you should have an interest in working in a sales and sales operations environment in an administrative capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, with knowledge of Salesforce.com and Responsive considered a plus. Working independently across multiple time zones and coordinating with management based in the US will be part of your daily responsibilities. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are crucial.
