As an Administration and Maintenance Executive, your role will involve overseeing the upkeep of office facilities and supporting administrative operations. You will need to be detail-oriented and adaptable for occasional travel to ensure efficient office management. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage office maintenance to maintain optimal condition of all facilities. - Coordinate repair and maintenance activities for electrical, plumbing, and structural systems. - Collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective facility services. - Support administrative tasks including record-keeping and documentation. Qualifications and Skills: - Diploma/bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. - Flexibility to travel occasionally for short durations post-settling into the role.
