As a caregiver for newborn babies, your primary responsibility will be to address parents" queries and concerns regarding their infants. This includes checking the baby's temperature regularly, changing diapers, feeding the baby on schedule, and administering medicines as prescribed by the doctor. You will be required to provide round-the-clock care, working in the neonatal intensive care unit to monitor infants in incubators or on ventilators. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coordinating infection control programs and following fumigation protocols in the department to ensure a safe environment for the babies. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is essential, including sanitizing all equipment, apparatus, and furniture. You will also be expected to assist the Senior Staff Nurse with duties and take charge of wards when necessary. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule involves rotational shifts. A preferred qualification for this role is a Diploma in nursing, along with at least 1 year of experience in nursing or a related field. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred, and a nursing license is also desirable.
