As an experienced and resourceful HR Consultant at our growing company, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing recruitment plans to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels such as online databases, professional networks, and social media. You will manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, reviewing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Additionally, you will be conducting interviews to assess candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers will be part of your role to ensure a smooth and efficient process. In some cases, you may also administer assessments to evaluate candidates" skills and aptitudes effectively. This full-time position requires a commitment to be available Monday to Friday at our location in Kochi, Kerala. A minimum of 1 year of total work experience is required for this role.
