Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/Finance Assistant to support our administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office tasks, maintaining financial records, supporting budgeting and reporting activities, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:Finance Support: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time. Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records. Support monthly and annual closings. Assist with payroll preparation and related documentation. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital). Schedule meetings, take minutes, and coordinate travel arrangements. Support HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding.
