Job Description

Position Title: Logistics Coordinator
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in logistics services
Open Positions: 2
Gender Preference: Female candidates only
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage MIS reports for logistics operations.
  • Regularly follow up on shipments from first mile to last mile (FTL & PTL).
  • Handle client queries and escalations efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Schedule and conduct client visits to understand service needs and build rapport.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through email and phone.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Client-facing experience is a must.
