Accounting: * Billing and invoicing. Processing purchase bills and vendor communications. Managing expense reimbursements. Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions. Preparing financial reports and statements. Assisting with budget development and forecasting. Administration: * Managing visitor arrivals (clients, interviewees, etc.). Handling travel and accommodation arrangements. Monitoring employee attendance. Organizing and maintaining records (paper and electronic). Assisting with internal communications and client interactions. Scheduling meetings and appointments. Supporting internal teams and providing administrative support.
