Responsibilities include: • Handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally • Coordinating with students and providing necessary support • Monitoring and maintaining the reception area • Managing and updating office registers and records • Maintaining good communication and a polite attitude at all times • Having a good command of English (spoken and written) Requirements: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Presentable and well-organized personality • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.) • Prior experience in a front office or administrative role preferred
