Product Development Manager role we are looking to hire. We are targeting candidates with 5+ years of experience who can manage product development from concept to execution across multiple teams and priorities. Strong background in product development , agile methodologies , and cross-functional team management Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps , translate vision into features, and manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch Experience working closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ship scalable and reliable products Hands-on experience with project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp Solid understanding of customer experience (CX) , market research , and competitive benchmarking Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in aligning product priorities with business objectives Ability to drive data-driven decisions , monitor performance metrics, and continuously improve product quality Exposure to B2B SaaS , API-first platforms , or logistics/delivery tech is a plus Comfortable managing multiple product tracks in a fast-paced environment, with strong ownership and leadership mindset.
