Manage day-to-day operations of the PG, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and comfort. Handle guest check-in/check-out, queries, and complaints professionally. Supervise housekeeping, kitchen staff, and security team. Maintain inventory of groceries, utilities, and supplies. Collect rent, deposits, and issue receipts; maintain financial records. Ensure compliance with local laws, ID verification, and documentation. Prepare occupancy, income, and expense reports using Advanced Excel. Promote PG vacancies through online/offline channels to maximize occupancy
