Job Description Aditya Birla Education Academy is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Operations to support the smooth execution of our educational programs and internal initiatives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day program operations, including session scheduling, facilitator coordination, and participant support. Manage LMS activities such as onboarding, resource uploads, attendance tracking, and feedback processes. Prepare operational reports, documentation, and data required for reviews and management reporting. Support finance-related activities including invoice tracking, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, event support, and procurement requirements. Maintain accurate data records and ensure timely communication across teams. Collaborate with marketing for content inputs, program communication, and material updates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). 3–5 years of experience in operations or program management. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and timelines. Comfort with technology platforms, LMS tools, and data management.
