What You will do:  Assist in setting up plant processes, systems & operational protocols.  Monitor daily production output to meet quantity and quality targets.  Ensure that raw materials (clay, sand, etc.) are used efficiently and waste is minimized.  Work closely with quality control to ensure product standards are met.  Identify production issues and coordinate timely resolutions.  Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.  Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free working environment.  Ensure all required statutory compliances & regulatory norms applicable to plant are met.  Coordinate regularly with key stakeholders at site, HO & other locations  Guide, Supervise & resolve issues of production staff to ensure a healthy working environment.
