Operations Coordinator - Real Estate Construction & Development Adira Homes, a design and construction company specializing in the luxury homes sector, is seeking a versatile and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our dynamic team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is crucial in facilitating the efficient and effective functioning of Adira Homes' operations, particularly in relation to our luxury home development and construction projects. Responsibilities Project and Operational Support: Assisting project managers with scheduling, tracking progress, coordinating resources, and managing documentation for luxury home construction projects. This includes supporting the implementation of operational procedures and coordinating with internal departments and external vendors. Administrative Support: Handling general administrative duties such as managing office supplies, correspondence, scheduling meetings and travel, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with document preparation. Logistics & Facility Management: Coordinating facility maintenance, managing inventory and procurement of office supplies, and assisting with site visits. Data Management & Reporting: Maintaining databases and spreadsheets, generating reports on operational performance, assisting with data entry and analysis, and keeping records of contracts and insurance certificates. Customer Service Support: Responding to customer inquiries and assisting with customer-related activities for luxury home projects.
