You will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound international calls to verify customer details, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Make and receive international voice calls (US shift). Verify, update, and maintain accurate customer details. Handle customer queries with professionalism and clarity. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. Maintain call logs and follow call handling procedures. Collaborate with the team to meet process targets and SLAs. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Any Degree (UG/PG). Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Ability to work in US shift timings (Night shift). Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
