The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in stock handling, team supervision, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor inventory levels of hospital furniture & equipment. Ensure proper stock entry, tracking, and record keeping (manual & ERP/software-based). Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules to ensure on-time deliveries to clients and distributors. Supervise loading/unloading, packaging, and warehouse staff for smooth operations. Maintain accurate inward & outward stock reports on a daily/weekly basis. Coordinate with the production & sales team for stock availability and urgent dispatches. Ensure compliance with safety standards and dispatch documentation (invoices, challans, e-way bills, etc.). Minimize stock damage, pilferage, and wastage. Regularly update management on stock status and dispatch performance. Requirements: Minimum 2 –3 years of experience in stock/warehouse/dispatch management (manufacturing or furniture industry preferred). Strong knowledge of inventory management systems/ERP . Excellent team management & leadership skills . Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
