Job Title: Intensivist / Critical Care Physician Location: Adi Arogyam Hospital, Vikhroli East, Mumbai Department: Critical Care / Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the care of critically ill patients in the ICU, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support. Collaborate with consultants, surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Perform ICU procedures such as central line placement, arterial line insertion, intubation, bronchoscopy, and bedside ultrasonography. Lead and participate in ICU rounds and multidisciplinary team discussions. Contribute to ICU protocols, quality improvement initiatives, infection control, and evidence-based practices. Participate in academic teaching, if applicable, for residents, interns, and medical students. Respond promptly to codes and medical emergencies throughout the hospital as required. Qualifications: Education: MBBS and MD/DNB Specialization: DM/DNB in Critical Care Medicine OR Fellowship in Critical Care (IFCCM, IDCCM, or equivalent).
