Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who has strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and accounting operations in Tally , along with hands-on experience in import/export documentation, cash flow management, and banking activities . The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial documentation tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 . Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns , and other statutory compliances on time. Handle vendor and customer ledgers , reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate books of accounts. Prepare import/export documentation (Invoices, Packing List, BL, Shipping Bill, Letter of Credit, etc.) and coordinate with CHA/Bank for documentation and clearance. Manage cash flow , bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and other banking-related activities . Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting . Maintain supporting documents and records for audits and compliance. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments as needed. Ensure timely payment and accounting of statutory dues. Requirements: Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance. Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally , MS Excel, and knowledge of accounting principles. Knowledge of: GST & TDS rules and return filing Import/export documentation and procedures Cash flow and bank operations Basic understanding of financial statements Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
