Position Overview:We are looking for a Digital Marketer & Meta Ads Specialist who can manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to generate consistent ROI for our clients. Key Responsibilities:Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis. Develop ad creatives and write compelling ad copy that converts. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPL, etc.). Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad visuals and landing pages. Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in Meta Ads and digital marketing. Requirements:Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in running paid Meta Ads campaigns. Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and pixel tracking. Familiarity with Ads Manager, Business Manager, and performance reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and time management skills. Preferred (Not Mandatory):Experience in salon, beauty, or service-based niches. Knowledge of Google Ads, email marketing, or content marketing.
