Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Customer Relationship Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research to understand customer needs, addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
