Job Title: Business Development Executive – Wood Adhesive & Coating Products Location: Delhi NCR Job Type: Full-time Salary: CTC Per Annum 2.45 lac – 3.85 lacs Job Summary: We are seeking for dynamic, sincere and results-driven Front Line Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our team, specializing in premium wood adhesive, hotmelt glue, wood coatings & masking tape products. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales aptitude, a go getter with excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers in the woodworking, furniture, and construction industries. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Actively look after existing customers and seek out new customers, including wood contractors and carpenters, furniture manufacturers, architects, interior design companies and distributors. Product Promotion: Educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of our wood adhesive products. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Demonstrations & Training: Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training sessions for customers. Order Management: Assist customers in placing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and following up on payments. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the adhesives, woodworking, or construction industry. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Knowledge of wood adhesives and their applications is a plus. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
