An opportunity has arisen in our organization for an experienced and driven Sales Manager for achieving our budgeted Revenue goals for the year. The incumbent will be responsible for sales growth by identifying new opportunities in products and markets and building successful client relationships and trust. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional Sales leadership, and working closely with the customers to provide critical supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities Proactive development of a deals pipeline and conversion. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share. Maintain strong relations with customers and increase basket size. Maintain and update customer databases and preferences. Address customer challenges, provide creative solutions to remove pain points and enhance their experience and satisfaction. Manage and respond to feedback positively to build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless order fulfilment. Achieve budgeted revenue and growth goals of the organizations. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. 5 years of experience and a track record of growth in B2B sales. Strong and in-depth understanding of the local market. Initiative and ability to plan and travel for business purposes. Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software and business communication. Fluency in English and Kannada; knowing Hindi would be advantageous. Valid Indian driving license with own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities Implement sales strategies to expand market presence. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Promote our products and solutions to potential customers. Conduct client visits, understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales goals. Maintain and update customer databases. Address customer challenges, enhance their experience, and ensure satisfaction. Provide market insights and feedback to the Management to refine strategies. Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and provide insights to management. Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless order fulfilment. Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in HORECA segment. Strong and in-depth understanding of the local market. Valid Indian driving license with willingness to travel extensively.
