The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and promoting our creative services. Key Responsibilities: Make inbounds calls to potential clients to introduce our services (designing, printing, packaging, branding, etc.). Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to our services. Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into business opportunities. Maintain a detailed and updated client database. Coordinate with the sales and design teams for smooth communication. Achieve call and conversion targets within defined timelines. Requirements: Prior experience in tele calling or client handling preferred (minimum 6 months). Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Confidence, enthusiasm, and persuasive communication skills. Ability to work independently and in coordination with the team.
