We are seeking an Intern in the Professional Services team for Training and Customer Experience activities. Candidate must have aptitude and basic skills in Training and Learning development in Telecom solution learning deliveries and leading customer engagements. Candidate must be aware of new technological developments in Telecom and AI/ML and its application in L&D for Telecom domain. Job Requirements Indian citizen with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in training content development and delivery in telecom and networking domain. Knowledge of 5G, 4G, 3G, or other Radio Access Technologies to explain and elaborate for the audiences. Knowledge of AI/ML and other tools available in technology domain. Future integration of the training and learning system with AI/ML will be an advantage. Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, tunneling, and security protocols. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understand the use of AI/ML in content development for the training and creating content. Proven track record as a Trainer or content developer. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks. Strong understanding of ADDIE approach of training and learning development system. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed. Education Bachelor's (B.S) or Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Engineering or equivalent `training, education and experience. What you will do : Support the Head of the Training and Enablement in planning, design, and delivery of customer training and establishing training infrastructure. Work on the plan to create the learning path to match the future technologies evolution by PW considering AI/ML in telecom and Radio network. Understand the customer learning and skill requirements, provide content development for the PW solution deliverables. Conduct internal training across various departments in PW on 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, AI/ML and proprietary intelligent systems to enhance the skill and knowledge for innovation. Help the Head of the Training to identify the skill gap and learning deficiencies in PW employees and plan learning stages with adoption of AI/ML. Execute training lab setup activities in Bangalore/Pune lab based on new solutions and product training requirements. Develop and present customer-facing technical presentations and documentation. Work independently while effectively leveraging additional resources and escalating issues when necessary. Define new training requirements based on customer/employee interactions and feedback.
