Key responsibilities: 1.Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Working knowledge of Ind AS is an added advantage. 2.Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports 3.Assist in planning and execution of statutory and tax audits 4.Perform reconciliations and verify financial data to ensure accuracy 5.Prepare audit working papers and assist in documenting audit findings. 6.Prepare & file Income Tax, GST and other statutory filings 7.Knowledge of Corporate Law & FEMA is an added advantage Qualification: 1.CA Final candidate/ CA Inter pass with completed Articleship training 2.Minimum 3 years of experience post CA articleship preferably with a small to medium sized company or a leading CA firm in a metro or Tier 2 city 3.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards and tax laws 4.Working knowledge of Ind AS financial reporting is an added advantage 5.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint; excellent knowledge of Tally/ Zoho is required. 6.Exceptional attention to detail, self discipline, time management and a strong work ethic 7.Good English Communication skills (written & verbal) to interact effectively with overseas clients 8.Pleasing personality Key Attributes for Success: Dependability, accountability, attention to details, reliability, professionalism, ability to handle deadlines and strong analytical skills
