Role We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Executive (General Trade) to join our team in Pune (Ratnagiri). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through the general trade channel and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory Appoint and manage distributors and ensure ROI Regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility Handle retailer and distributor queries and build long-term relationships Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback Ensure execution of promotional activities and schemes MIS reporting and coordination with internal teams Preferred candidate profile Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field 3-8 years of experience in FMCG general trade Strong knowledge of the area and surrounding areas Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and travel within the region
