Location : Brahmanapally, Hyderabad Work Day: 6 days - WFO Core Responsibilities : Customer Master Maintenance Recommending new dealers in SAP after checking all the documents provided by customers, upon sales team approval. Ensuring to have all the documents to comply with the law/company policy related to new dealers. Supporting Customers with Credit Limits Evaluation and processing of the credit limits after verification of the documents shared by customers in the credit limit application. Expense Booking & Payment Process To support the business by processing payments in compliance with the company policy & statutory guidelines & audits. Departmental expenses MIS/Daily reports Monthly/Quarterly Closings, Audits & other Qualification Requirement Qualification: MBA in Finance or M. Comm Experience: Minimum 8 years of handling Regional Finance Operations Professional experience / Specialist skills High analytical skills and the ability to "raise flags" upon problems. ADAMA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Partner to lead the design, implementation, and governance of total rewards strategies across Asia & Pacific. This role will ensure the delivery of competitive, compliant, and business-aligned C&B practices that support talent attraction, engagement, and retention. The role requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Finance, Global C&B, Legal, and external vendors, ensuring regional needs are addressed while aligning with global frameworks. Key Responsibilities Implement, communicate, and drive adoption of global Total Rewards frameworks, guidelines, and policies across Asia & Pacific. Design and manage regional compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive plans , balancing global alignment with local market competitiveness. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to develop compensation packages that attract, retain, and motivate high-performing talent. Conduct regular market benchmarking and surveys to ensure competitive positioning. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and employment standards across multiple jurisdictions. Collaborate with Global C&B on cross-regional initiatives, representing the Asia & Pacific perspective. Support the design and governance of Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs) , ensuring business alignment, market competitiveness, cost efficiency, and compliance. Review, evaluate, and optimize employee benefits programs for legal compliance, competitiveness, and cost-effectiveness. Provide data-driven insights through compensation analytics and reporting to support leadership decision-making. Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders to ensure compensation strategies align with business objectives . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field ; Master’s degree preferred. Fluency in English ; knowledge of additional Asian languages is an advantage. Advanced analytical and Excel skills ; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities. High integrity with the ability to manage confidential information . Desired Experience 7+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards , ideally within a multinational environment. Proven expertise in compensation structures, incentive plans (SIP), and compliance requirements across multiple countries. Track record of working effectively across diverse geographies and cultures . Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and align senior leadership with local needs. Experience collaborating with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders to design and implement impactful C&B strategies. Relevant work exposure and knowledge of best practices in (one or more) countries, such as Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and India, will be an added advantage.
