Genetix Print is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-driven female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the printing industry, with a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, client relationship management, and consistently meeting monthly sales targets. Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for various printing services (offset, digital, packaging, large-format, etc.) Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs Generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals within set profit margins Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely and quality service delivery Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client behavior Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events (when applicable) Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the printing industry Strong knowledge of different printing techniques and production processes Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Performance Expectations: Monthly sales targets with incentive structure based on performance Weekly progress reports and pipeline reviews High level of professionalism and client service orientation

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO). Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization. Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Monitor website traffic, rankings, and conversions through Google Analytics & Search Console. Create engaging content in coordination with design/content teams. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends & best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field. 1–2 years of proven experience in SEO & SMO. Strong understanding of Google tools (Analytics, Search Console) & Meta Business Suite. Experience with content writing & campaign optimization. Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is an added advantage. Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
