Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is skilled in managing and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lead generation ads, sales campaigns, display ads, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
• Create, test, and optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and sales conversions.
• Utilize Meta AI tools and Google Ads AI features for smarter campaign performance.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and optimize accordingly.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong command over Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Experience running lead generation, conversion, and remarketing campaigns ads like Sales, Display etc.
• Knowledge of AI-based ad optimization and A/B testing like Meta AI, Gemini and others.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
