Job Description

As an Infoscion, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client delight. - Developing proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on your areas of expertise. - Planning the activities of configuration, configuring the product as per the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. - Conducting solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. - Actively leading small projects and contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. - Developing value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase their business profitability. - Demonstrating good knowledge of software configuration management systems. - Staying aware of the latest technologies and industry trends. - Applying logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively. - Understanding financial processes for various project types and the available pricing models. - Assessing current processes, identifying improvement areas, and suggesting technology solutions. - Having knowledge in one or two industry domains. - Demonstrating strong client interfacing skills. - Possessing project and team management capabilities.
