Digital Marketing Specailist- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email. Lead performance marketing campaigns to achieve ROI and growth targets. Oversee content planning, branding, and online reputation management. Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and optimize performance. Manage marketing budgets and guide a team to achieve goals. Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams for integrated campaigns. Medical Consultant- NABL/ NABH Oversee and maintain compliance with NABL (for laboratory services) and NABH (for hospital/clinical services) standards. Guide and monitor the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Conduct internal audits, gap assessments, and prepare corrective & preventive action (CAPA) reports. Train medical, technical, and administrative staff on accreditation standards and documentation requirements. Review clinical protocols, policies, SOPs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate with external auditors, accreditation bodies, and management for successful audits. Ensure patient safety, laboratory accuracy, and continuous quality improvement activities. Maintain documentation, quality indicators, and performance metrics as per accreditation norms. Telecaller- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to explain products/services. Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain customer data, update CRM, and follow up on leads. Generate appointments, convert leads, and support sales targets. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed. Meet daily/weekly call targets and maintain call quality standards.
