Ensure recruitment practices are inclusive, scalable, and compliant across regions. Prior experience in fast-growing IT firms or mid-sized listed tech companies. Strong understanding of tech and analytics hiring Proven success in building scalable hiring operations in competitive talent markets. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. Familiarity with global recruitment practices, tools, and diversity hiring strategies.
