Design and develop 2D and 3D models of valve automation systems, actuators, and control components using software like AutoCAD or Inventor. Translate customer specifications and project requirements into detailed engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop and present cost effective quotations to customers, demonstrating technical expertise. Provide pre-sales technical support by clarifying customer requirements and offering solutions for valve automation needs. Offer post-sales technical support by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and assisting with installation and commissioning. Maintain an organized database of all developed drawings for efficient retrieval and reference. Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth project workflow and timely delivery. Take ownership of your work, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Select, size and price actuators & control system that conform to customers’ requirements. Review incoming orders for conformance to quotation and resolve any differences to ensure smooth order entry.
