In this role, you’ll: Design and run creative student-driven programs that make Actuall buzz on campuses across India. Recruit, onboard, and mentor student leaders at top colleges — and help them run impactful activations. Plan fun, low-cost campus campaigns that feel organic, not forced. Build and manage our student community — online and offline. Create playbooks, content ideas, and toolkits so our student leaders succeed. Work closely with founders to shape how Actuall shows up in real life — events, collabs, and word-of-mouth moments. Track engagement, gather feedback, and constantly experiment with what works best. ⚡ Who You Are You love people — and people love working with you. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty — you’ll plan, pitch, recruit, and host. You understand what makes Gen Z tick, especially in college. You know how to create a vibe that feels fun and authentic — not a forced sales pitch. You have 1–3 years of experience in community management, student marketing, or any role where you convinced people to show up and care.
