As a Lead and Campaign Analyst at Qualifacts, your primary responsibility will be to track lead conversion rates and campaign performance, including ROI, engagement, and attribution. You will be tasked with monitoring MQLs, SALs, and nurture program effectiveness while evaluating top-of-funnel metrics such as lead quality and source performance. In this role, you will also be responsible for analyzing pipeline health, funnel conversion rates, and velocity to provide insights on marketing influence on revenue generation. Additionally, you will measure email engagement, landing page performance, and event success, as well as track customer interactions with marketing campaigns. Furthermore, you will assess campaign ROI, customer lifetime value (CLV), and cost per lead (CPL) while monitoring upsell and cross-sell opportunities and renewal projections. Your duties will also include analyzing customer health scores, product adoption, and engagement trends, reporting on churn drivers, retention metrics, and renewal rates. Ensuring CRM data accuracy, completeness, and standardization will be crucial in this role, along with performing regular audits for duplicates, outdated records, and gaps to maintain clean and enriched data for accounts, contacts, and leads. You will also be expected to develop executive dashboards integrating marketing, sales, and customer data, as well as build custom reports for attribution models, ad spend efficiency, and usage analytics.
