About Role: Business Development Associate responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, closing the deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services through email and phone, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify leads and engage prospects through various channels. Negotiate with clients to understand their diverse needs and propose suitable solutions, leading to successful deal closures. Build and maintain a steady sales pipeline through proactive outreach on LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms. Cultivate and nurture relationships with both potential leads and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with team members to optimize sales performance, exceed established objectives, and generate regular reports on sales and financial metrics. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT/Professional services/Marketing/Services. Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and presentation abilities essential. Prior experience in an international call center for at least 1 year is preferred. Proficient organization skills, including time management, follow-up, and progress tracking. Comprehensive sales process expertise, covering prospecting through to closing stages.
