Job Description Coordinate across the departments and ensure the effective factory operations Identifying and implementing improvements to production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste Overseeing the work of production staff, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment Identifying training needs and organizing training sessions for production staff Identifying opportunities to improve production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs Developing and enforcing health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Overseeing production processes & Planning a production schedule Implementing improvements to the production process, quality & Food safety standards, smooth flow of work, cost-reduction Encouraging and implementing innovative solutions to improve production methods and product quality. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Preferred candidate profile Education Qualification : Master in Science / Food Engineering Experience : 5 years experience in similar position in Food Industry
Role & responsibilities Assist in routine maintenance of machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and building facilities. Help in executing preventive maintenance schedules. Provide assistance during equipment breakdowns and repairs. Preferred candidate profile ITI or Diploma - Freshers or with 1-2 year Experience.
