Job Title: Marketing Manager Luxury Automobile Dealership Location: Kolkata, India Experience Required: 8+ Salary: Up to 6.50 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate) Industry: Luxury Automotive / Premium Retail Department: Marketing & Brand Communication Company Overview: We are a leading luxury automobile dealership representing one of the most prestigious automobile brands in the world. Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and a premium customer experience has made us a market leader in the luxury automotive retail space in Kolkata. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing all marketing initiativesboth Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL)to position our brand prominently in the competitive luxury automobile market. Role Objective: To conceptualize, plan, and implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating quality leads, strengthening customer loyalty, and driving footfall to the showroom, while aligning with brand standards and dealership goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans in line with business objectives and OEM marketing guidelines. Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the luxury positioning of the brand and resonate with high net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporates, and elite clientele. ATL (Above the Line) Marketing: Manage traditional media planning and buyingprint, radio, OOH (hoardings, airport displays), and premium magazine placements. Develop brand awareness campaigns and tactical promotions targeting affluent consumers. Coordinate with creative agencies for branding, ad creatives, and media scheduling. BTL (Below the Line) Marketing: Design and execute dealership-level activation programs such as: o Test drive events and experiential drives for HNIs and influencers o Mall and airport activations o Product launches and private showcase events o Lifestyle partnerships with premium clubs, hotels, and real estate Work closely with the sales team to generate leads from BTL activities. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Collaborate with digital agencies to plan and monitor digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing). Manage content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) aligned with luxury brand tonality. Ensure timely posting, audience engagement, and campaign analytics reporting. OEM Coordination & Brand Compliance: Liaise with the OEMs regional/national marketing team for approvals, branding guidelines, and campaign co-funding (MDF/Co-op budgets). Ensure all collaterals and activities meet global brand guidelines. Event Management & Public Relations: Plan and execute curated luxury events including wine tastings, fashion collaborations, and customer appreciation nights. Engage with lifestyle media, bloggers, and influencers to promote dealership and brand stories. Performance Tracking & Budgeting: Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation across channels for maximum ROI. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and report KPIs like CPL, CPM, ROAS, and footfall metrics. Maintain records of leads generated, converted, and the campaign source mapping. Candidate Profile: Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field from a reputed institute. Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years handling both ATL and BTL marketing independently. Prior experience in luxury automobile, premium real estate, hospitality, or luxury retail brands preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the luxury segment. Proven track record of planning and executing high-impact campaigns. Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and execution excellence. High attention to detail with strong communication and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
