Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Coach located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Business Coach will work closely with clients to provide business planning, coaching, and consulting services. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, developing business growth strategies, and offering personalized coaching to help clients achieve their business goals. The Business Coach will also continually assess and adjust plans to ensure optimal results for clients. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Coaching and Coaching Experience in Business Planning and Consulting Proficiency in Training and development Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and on-site Experience with diverse business environments is a plus
