Job Summary: Action Guard Force is hiring Security Guard Supervisors to manage and oversee daily security operations at client sites. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, responsible, and capable of leading a team of security guards while ensuring safety and protocol compliance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage on-site security guards during shifts. Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper conduct of security staff. Assign duties and prepare daily duty rosters. Monitor CCTV, entry/exit points, and ensure site security protocols are followed. Report any suspicious activity or incidents to management immediately. Conduct regular patrolling and surprise checks to ensure alertness. Maintain daily logs, visitor registers, and incident reports. Coordinate with building management or clients for smooth security operations.
