Position Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and a strategic business partner to the CEO and Board. This role is responsible for driving ACTECKs financial strategy, safeguarding its assets and ensuring that the financial infrastructure supports innovation and global growth. The CFO will oversee all finance and accounting functions, risk management, investor relations and strategic investments. The successful candidate will align financial planning and resource allocation with ACTECK’s mission to provide highquality, innovative industrial computing solutions. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning Drive the company’s financial planning and develop short and longterm financial strategies . Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support the company’s growth plans . Conduct financial analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, recommend corrective actions and ensure that financial decisions support ACTECK’s mission. Risk Management & Compliance Perform risk management by analysing liabilities and investments . Decide on investment strategies considering cash and liquidity risks . Ensure compliance with laws and company policies, and oversee the filing of legal and regulatory documents . Capital & CashFlow Management Control and evaluate fundraising plans and capital structure . Ensure the company has appropriate cash flow to support operations and strategic initiatives . Oversee cashflow management, capital structure and treasury operations . Financial Operations & Reporting Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers and analysts) and mentor teams to deliver timely and accurate financial reports. Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT systems and ERP platforms , ensuring data accuracy and efficient processes. Prepare reliable financial statements, forecasts and scenario analyses for management and the board. Oversee budgeting, reporting and auditing activities and review financial reports to identify costreduction opportunities . Strategic Partnerships & Investor Relations Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, investors and key suppliers to secure favourable terms. Lead fundraising, mergers and acquisitions initiatives and engage with investors to communicate ACTECK’s financial performance and strategic vision . Collaborate with the CEO, COO and other senior executives to develop business strategies and ensure resources are allocated to innovation, R&D and customercentric initiatives . Governance & Team Leadership Ensure robust internal controls, corporate governance and riskmanagement frameworks . Inspire, mentor and develop a highperforming finance team; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and board, providing insights on market trends, investment opportunities and potential risks.
