Territory Sales Manager – Mumbai Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Department: Sales & Distribution Reports To: Regional Sales Manager About DACS:DACS is a fast-growing Indian smart electronics brand offering LED TVs, and Audio Products. We aim to make smart technology accessible to every Indian household. As part of our expansion, we are building a strong sales force to establish DACS as a trusted consumer electronics brand across India. Job Overview: The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will drive sales, distribution, and brand presence of DACS products across Mumbai. The role involves building strong distributor and retailer networks, achieving sales targets, and ensuring DACS products are available and visible in modern trade, retail outlets, and channel partner stores. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for TVs, and appliances in the assigned territory. Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers across Mumbai. Ensure product placement, visibility, and promotional activities at the retail level. Conduct market visits to monitor secondary sales, competitor activities, and consumer demand trends. Build strong relationships with trade partners to maximize order flow and ensure timely collections. Plan and execute in-shop branding, promotional campaigns, and retailer engagement programs for DACS products. Recruit, train, and guide Sales Officers / Promoters to drive retail-level sales. Ensure proper inventory planning and smooth supply chain coordination with distributors. Submit weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, competitor intelligence, and territory growth opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements:Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances sales. Strong distributor and retailer network in the Mumbai market. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in TVs, ACs, or electronics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel & reporting. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
