Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, lab technicians, and administrative teams. Ensure compliance with NABH, ICMR, and other statutory healthcare regulations. Monitor financial operations – budgeting, billing, cost control, and revenue growth. Drive patient engagement and enhance patient experience & satisfaction. Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for clinical and non-clinical areas. Manage vendor relationships, procurement of medical/non-medical supplies, and inventory control. Handle audits, accreditation processes, and maintain proper documentation. Implement marketing and outreach strategies in coordination with the management to increase patient footfall. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in treating common and chronic gynecological conditions through Ayurvedic protocols, herbal medicines, and therapies.
