With operations in New Hampshire, Oregon, Dubai, and Mumbai, we supply bulk inventory to retailers, wholesalers, and enterprise buyers across global markets. We focus on authentic products, efficient logistics, and strong, long-term partnerships. Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Accounts & Bookkeeping Specialist to manage end-to-end accounting for our fast-moving, high-volume U.S. operations. The role involves invoices, AP/AR, reconciliations, manual journals, and month-end accounting—primarily within Zoho Books. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the U.S., Dubai, and India and ensure accurate, timely financials. Qualifications Strong experience with US-based accounting & bookkeeping Zoho Books proficiency is mandatory Ability to handle AP/AR, invoicing, expense booking, and reconciliations Experience with complex manual journal entries Understanding of inventory costing is a plus (FIFO, landed cost, etc.) Comfortable with high-volume transactions and multi-entity workflows Detail-oriented, reliable, and strong communication skills
