We are looking for a talented Lead Automation Engineer with a background in Playwright to join our team. As a Lead Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading automation testing initiatives, creating test frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on Playwright in the last 1-2 years. Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or other modern languages are essential for this role. In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks, especially Playwright, is required. Hands-on experience with API testing and integrating with automation tools is a plus. Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps is highly desirable. Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments, database testing/verification, and SQL is also preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must for effective collaboration with the team. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Playwright. - Create efficient, reusable, and reliable automated test scripts. - Implement end-to-end, integration, and regression test suites.
