Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead/Senior .NET Engineer located in Hyderabad. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions, ensuring high performance and quality standards. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC solutions. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, optimizing application performance, and contributing to the architecture and technical direction of projects. Qualifications Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Development Proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks Extensive experience in Programming and developing scalable solutions Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform/ARM), and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Application Insights).
