ACI Expert Technical Architect

The ideal candidate should possess approximately 10-12 years of relevant Infrastructure experience, with a strong hands-on proficiency in Cisco ACI and Routing Technologies. Additionally, expertise in the following technologies is required for this role: Primary Skills (L3 Level expertise mandatory requirement): - Cisco ACI - Cisco Routing/Switching Secondary Skills (Good To Have): - Checkpoint Firewalls - AWS/Azure Cloud Technologies - Virtualisation (VMWare/Nutanix) Responsibilities include: - Providing support for Design, Consulting, and Architecture activities related to the global Cisco ACI/DCLAN solution. - Assisting with Build and upgrade tasks for the Cisco ACI/DCLAN solution. - Offering L3 level Escalation Operational support for the Cisco ACI/DCLAN solution. - Engaging with Customers to understand and fulfill their requirements for Cisco ACI/DCLAN deployment. - Managing and supporting CISCO ACI migrations. - Handling Incident/Change and Problem Management support for the Global CISCO ACI/DCLAN solution. - Collaborating with Vendors, such as Cisco, to resolve escalated issues. - Working closely with various internal and external teams to ensure optimal support for the CISCO ACI/DCLAN solution. - Proactively managing client engagement, technology lifecycle development, and coordinating with stakeholders. - Analyzing, evaluating, and communicating network capacity and performance data to drive improvements. - Creating presentations and demonstrations related to technology, processes, or client solutions. - Supporting the Information Security Officer and Audit Units for periodic Audits/PT on the CISCO ACI/DCLAN solution. - Documenting infrastructure design, procedures, and processes for Operational support activities. - Mentoring and providing Technical guidance to the L2 and L1 CISCO ACI/DCLAN Operations teams as required. Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Computer Engineering/E&C/MCA/BSc/MSc Computer Science/IT. - Infrastructure certifications. - Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
