The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong skills in Lead Generation, Channel Partnerships, Sales Pipeline Management, Cold Calling, Relationship Building, Negotiation, Sales Forecasting, and Market Research. As the Channel Partner Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners within fleet management, logistics, automotive, construction, and corporate sectors. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure their engagement and motivation to sell ANS IT products. Additionally, you will provide partners with sales training, product knowledge, marketing materials, and technical support to enhance their sales efforts. Monitoring partner performance, sales pipeline, and revenue generation to ensure targets are met will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be involved in developing and executing channel development strategies to enhance partner sales capabilities and market penetration. Managing pricing discussions with partners to maintain profitability and competitiveness in the market, as well as identifying new geographic areas and industries for channel sales expansion will be part of your responsibilities. Other duties will include onboarding new channel partners/distributors, developing a strong partner network for ANS IT products, achieving sales and revenue targets through partner sales, managing relationships with existing channel partners for continued business growth, and conducting market research to identify potential partners and competitors.
