Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing Senior Fullstack Engineer who can own and scale core product modules. The candidate must have strong expertise in React.js (frontend) and solid exposure to backend technologies (Go/Python/Node) with a deep understanding of performance, scalability, and open-source integration . You should have product-building experience (not just services) — such as working on workflow builders, form builders, or rule engines — and should be hands-on with modern open-source technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Apache ecosystem tools . Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop frontend applications with React.js as the primary framework. Build and scale configurable, reusable product modules (workflow builders, dynamic form builders, rule management). Work on fullstack development – integrate with and sometimes write backend services (Node.js / Golang / Python). Ensure performance optimization at all layers: Frontend: bundle optimization, lazy loading, caching, rendering performance. Backend: scalable microservices, asynchronous processing, efficient APIs. Data: optimized queries, indexing, sharding, caching strategies (Redis). Implement real-time, event-driven systems using Kafka / RabbitMQ . Collaborate on system design to ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and resilience. Contribute to open-source adoption (Kafka, Apache Flink/Spark, Airflow, etc.) and bring in best practices. Maintain clean Git repositories with well-structured, production-grade projects. Drive product-first thinking – balancing technical design with business value. Mentor team members, lead technical discussions, and set coding standards. Primary Skills (Must-Have) 5–8 years of hands-on experience in fullstack development with a frontend focus on React.js . Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS . Backend experience with Node.js (preferred), plus exposure to Golang, Python, Node or PHP . Expertise in performance optimization (frontend rendering, API efficiency, caching, DB indexing). Proven experience building configurable product systems (workflow, forms, rules). Hands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes . Secondary / Open-Source Tech Skills Hands-on with Kafka / RabbitMQ (pub-sub, event streaming, message brokers). Exposure to Apache ecosystem : Apache Flink / Spark for stream/batch processing. Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration. Familiarity with microservices & event-driven architectures . Understanding of cloud deployments (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure good to have). Database & Storage Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL / MySQL) – query optimization, indexing. NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) – schema design for performance. Hands-on with caching systems like Redis / Memcached . Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5–8 years of frontend + fullstack experience with product-building exposure . Experience working on recognized, scalable products (fintech or SaaS preferred). Strong problem-solving, performance optimization, and architectural design skills.
